Orders & Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, you’ll need to cancel it and place a new one. To cancel, please email us right away at support@kaliandsun.com.
Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make modifications.
When will my order ship out?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships from our studio. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.
What are the shipping times?
All orders are shipped express. Delivery time may vary depending on your location or province. You’ll be able to track your shipment once it’s on its way.
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide so you can enjoy Kali & Sun pieces wherever you are.
Are there duties for international orders?
Please note that all international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not controlled or covered by Kali & Sun.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict if or how much will be charged, as it varies by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Return & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept exchanges for pieces that are too large or too small. Please contact our customer service team at support@kaliandsun.com to begin the process.
We do not accept returns unless an item was damaged in transit or there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I need a different size?
If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, unworn jewelry can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please email us at support@kaliandsun.com with your order number and the size you’d like to receive.

Are your pieces good for sensitive skin?
Yes! We carefully select our materials to ensure comfort and durability for everyday wear.
We offer three different types of materials:
- Gold Filled: Gold filled jewelry is generally hypoallergenic. Our pieces use a brass base, which makes them suitable for sensitive skin.
- Stainless Steel (PVD Plated): Naturally hypoallergenic and a great choice for anyone with sensitive skin.
- Gold Vermeil: Made with a sterling silver base and a thick layer of gold plating
Where can I see your jewelry in person?
You can visit our Point of sales page to see if there’s a boutique that carries Kali & Sun jewelry in your city.

Do your pieces tarnish?
Our pieces are made to last, but each material has its own characteristics over time:
- Gold Filled: Tarnish-resistant, though may develop with time due to the brass base.This could take several years.
- Stainless Steel: Will not tarnish — it keeps its shine beautifully, even with daily wear.
- Gold Vermeil: Much harder to tarnish, however it will naturally over time, when exposed to moisture, harsh chemicals,or items containing sulfur. Although, it’s easy to restore the shine of gold vermeil jewelry with a polishing cloth.
