Exchanges & Store Credit
We gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
*Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Personalized Pieces
Because our personalized jewelry is made just for you, these items are final sale.
However — if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out at support@kaliandsun.com. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@kaliandsun.com
Kindly include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit.
*For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or store credit if we determine that the item has been misused or damaged after delivery.
